Terms of Service

The Bracelet Connection is a mobile bracelet party service based in Holbrook, NY, serving Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island. We provide on-site bracelet making experiences for events including but not limited to birthday parties, bridal showers, girls nights, and corporate gatherings.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and you have received written confirmation from The Bracelet Connection. Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Deposit requirement. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.

Pricing. All prices quoted are subject to change until a deposit is received and the booking is confirmed in writing. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellation 14+ days before the event: Your deposit will be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months.
• Cancellation 7–13 days before the event: The deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments made will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: The full deposit is forfeited and no refund will be issued for any payments made.
• Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that The Bracelet Connection must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of all payments made or offer to reschedule at no additional charge.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, the client agrees to provide the following:

• A clean, accessible table and adequate space for setup (minimum 6-foot table recommended)
• Sufficient seating for all participating guests
• Access to the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time for setup
• A safe and suitable environment for the activity

The client is responsible for ensuring that the event space is ready and accessible at the agreed time. Delays caused by the client may result in a shortened event duration without a reduction in price.

The package price covers the number of guests specified at the time of booking. If additional guests attend beyond the agreed number, additional per-guest fees will apply and must be paid on the day of the event.

Please notify us of any significant changes to your guest count at least 48 hours before the event so we can prepare accordingly.

The Bracelet Connection reserves the right to refuse service to or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to our staff or other guests.

Our materials include small beads and charms. Adult supervision is required for children under the age of 5. The Bracelet Connection is not liable for any choking hazards or injuries resulting from unsupervised use of materials by young children.

The client assumes responsibility for the conduct of their guests during the event.

The client is responsible for any damage to or loss of The Bracelet Connection's equipment, supplies, or materials caused by guests during the event. The cost of replacement or repair will be billed to the client following the event.

The Bracelet Connection may photograph or record the event for use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

By allowing photography, you grant The Bracelet Connection a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images from your event for promotional purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared without your consent.

The Bracelet Connection's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of revenue, or personal injury not caused by our direct negligence.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Suffolk County, New York.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
